Two things I realized about my writing.

1. It is tough.

2. I want to make it better.

Same as language (in a broader sense, communication) skill.. why I am drawn to those two skills – because I care about them. They are not always fun, not always easy, not always popular, not always money maker, not always mojo, and doesn’t always make me happy. But I do care about them.

That’s the bottom line, I think.
