I cannot continue like this when there is not enough energy left – I am looking for a nice solution to fill in something every day.

These buttons on some mobile phone looks like a silhouette of Mickey Mouse. Now every design of mobile phone looks identical, mostly on interface, and they got a nice solution to break this boringness. Buttons are buttons but you can use your imagination.

Still, I miss the good old days when Sony insisted on using the jog dials and Matsushita took pride in making the mobile phone as small as possible. So many weird designs evolved and died. Now we have a sophisticated and user-friendly interface but no excitement, let alone surprise.
